Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return items within 14 days of delivery. To exchange or return an item, simply send us an email at Creepyvidsco@gmail.com before proceeding.

 

RETURN PERIOD

We offer a return period of 14 days during which you may return your package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.


RETURN COSTS

Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country from which you return the package.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will immediately begin processing it to ensure a quick turnaround.

  • Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
  • You can track the arrival of your package at our warehouse using the tracking number provided with your return shipment. From the time your return is received, the 10-day processing period begins.
  • After the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Unauthorized Returns: If a return is sent without prior communication or approval via email, the return will not be valid and will not be refunded. It is essential to contact us first at Creepyvidsco@gmail.com to register your return and receive further instructions.
  • Returns sent outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted unless agreed upon in advance.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Creepyvidsco@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve this with you as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
All returns must be sent within the 14-day period. If this is not possible, we may offer an exchange or a voucher instead. Please contact customer support to discuss your options.
