All of our products are shipped to you using a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100—no code is necessary, as it will automatically apply at checkout. Duties are included.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated based on the timeline below:

CreepyVids ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please email CreepyVidsco@gmail.com within 5 business days. Include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
